Terms of Service

By booking a session, purchasing images, or using any services provided by the photographer, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and respect for all parties involved.

2. Purpose & Values

This photography service is rooted in a mission to honor God by capturing and showcasing the gifts, talents, and moments He has created. Clients agree to engage with this service in a way that reflects respect, integrity, and good character.

3. Booking & Payment

A session is not confirmed until payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received. All payments must be completed according to the agreed terms. Prices are subject to change but will be honored once a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, or emergencies.

5. Image Delivery

Final images will be delivered within the stated timeframe via an online gallery or digital download. Delivery times may vary depending on workload and project scope.

6. Creative Control

The photographer retains full creative control over the shooting style, editing, and final image selection. By booking, the client trusts the photographer’s artistic direction.

7. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the property of the photographer. Clients receive a license for use as outlined in the Digital Image License Agreement. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time

• Communicating expectations clearly

• Securing any necessary permissions (locations, participants, etc.)

9. Respectful Conduct

Both parties agree to maintain respectful and professional behavior. The photographer reserves the right to end a session without refund if conduct becomes inappropriate or unsafe.

10. Limitation of Liability

The photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or missed moments due to unforeseen issues.

11. Faith-Aligned Use

Images and services should not be used in ways that promote harm, disrespect, or messages that contradict values of dignity and integrity.

12. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

13. Agreement

By booking or purchasing, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
